Refund Policy

Effective Date:January 9, 2026

At Baseline Bar & Grille, we take pride in our food and service. If you are not satisfied with your experience, please review our policy below:

1. Food & Drink Quality

If there is an error with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality of your meal, please notify your server or a manager immediately. We will prioritize correcting the error, providing a replacement, or adjusting your bill at the time of service.

2. To-Go Orders

For orders placed via phone or in person for pickup, please check your order before leaving the restaurant.

  • If an item is missing or incorrect, we will correct it immediately or provide a credit for a future visit.

  • Once an order has left the premises, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis by management.

3. Court Bookings & Facility Fees

Please Note: Baseline Bar & Grille is operated independently of the pickleball courts and facility management. We do not handle court reservations, court fees, or membership refunds. For issues regarding court bookings, please contact the facility management directly.

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds for credit card transactions will be processed back to the original form of payment. Please allow 3–5 business days for the transaction to appear on your statement.
